Shipping Partner
We have partnered with Professional Couriers to handle the shipping of our delicate plants. This ensures that your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track its progress on our website. Simply enter your tracking details in the provided section to stay updated on your plant’s journey to you.

Payment Terms
No Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options. All orders must be prepaid.

Return and Replacement Policy
No Return Policy: Due to the delicate nature of our plants, we do not accept returns. Plants cannot withstand the stress of return delivery and may not survive the process.

Damaged Plants
In the rare event that your plant arrives damaged (completely dead and cannot be revived), we offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Unboxing Video Requirement: You must record an unboxing video as soon as you receive your plant. This video must be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the condition of the plant upon arrival. Submission Deadline: The unboxing video must be submitted to support@sadhvikaplantstudio.com within 12 hours of delivery. No Edited Videos: Only unedited videos will be accepted for review. Any edited videos will not be considered for replacement or refund. We are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with Sadhvika Plant Studio. Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of our plants and ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for understanding and supporting our guidelines.
